Sharon graduated from Cambridge with a PhD in molecular oncology. In 2008 she joined Target Ovarian Cancer to run a programme to improve public awareness of ovarian cancer symptoms and empower women to raise awareness in their own communities. As Head of Primary Care Development, Sharon currently leads our Early Diagnosis team, managing all the work the charity does with professionals working in primary care.
